Vindens lekar / Play of the wind is a picture book exploring the wind as a natural phenomenon. The story revolves around two sibling’s search for a hat swept away by the wind. During their search, the children encounter the unpredictability of play and learn to find comfort in a storm.

I drew inspiration for the story by observing how wind affects both nature and the body, and the inner states it can reflect. Each image element is traditionally drawn and assembled into a paper collage.
